Imtest Group of Laboratories - Overview
Imtest Laboratory was established in 1983 as a privately-owned independent
laboratory specialising in mechanical testing and assessment.
In 2003, the need for increasingly specialised testing saw the creation of three independent test laboratory companies.
The Imtest Group of Laboratories currently comprises:
- Htest Limited – specialises in the testing of helmets, visors and related products.
- Ptest Limited – specialises in product and mechanical testing.
- Ctest Limited – specialises in certifying and testing gas cylinders.
Imtest and the three stand-alone companies have had continuous IANZ accreditation
since establishment.
